    One golfer may pass your tee more than once in a season, so read it as cost per round played rather than cost per separate person. Ask us and we will put the club’s own round count in front of you before you commit to anything.

    Twelve pounds a week is not really a marketing budget. It’s what a small business spends without thinking about it. The difference is that this one is still working in eleven months’ time.

    Everything is included — artwork, the panel, fitting and upkeep — and four rounds of golf a month come with it.

    What does £12 a week actually cover?
    The panel, the artwork design, the proof, the manufacture, the installation and the maintenance for as long as you hold the hole. No set-up fee and no separate design charge. It is billed monthly at £52 + VAT.
    I don't have a logo or any artwork.
    That's the normal case. Give us your website address and we design the panel for you. You'll see a PDF proof of your panel in position on the marker before anything is manufactured.
    Can I take more than one hole?
    Yes, and it gets cheaper: 10% off the second hole, 15% off the third, 20% off the fourth and any beyond it. The discount is spread evenly across every hole in your order rather than loaded onto the last one, so each hole costs the same.
    What happens after I pay?
    The hole comes off the market the moment you check out. Within 2 days our studio designs your panel from your website or logo and emails you a PDF proof — nothing is manufactured until you approve it, and you can ask for changes. About 2 weeks later the panel is made and fitted at the club, and you get a photograph of it in place on the tee. Your Sponsor Golf Pass is added to your phone’s wallet straight away.
    How long am I tied in for?
    It's a 12-month term that rolls. We write to you 60 days before each renewal with the terms for the next twelve months. If you want to stop, tell us at least 30 days before that date. Otherwise it simply continues — most sponsors keep their hole for years.
    Someone's already on the hole I want.
    Then it's occupied until their term ends. Tell us which hole and we'll let you know when it comes up. Holes at a course rarely come free all at once, and the good ones go to whoever asked first.
    What if something goes wrong mid-term?
    Twelve-month minimum term. Give us 30 days’ notice before renewal and it ends there. The price is fixed for the term and cannot go up mid-agreement. If your panel is not fitted within 60 days of your approval, you can cancel and we refund in full. If the club leaves the programme, we offer an equivalent hole elsewhere or refund the unused part. Contract wording here is indicative — the signed agreement governs.
    What does the club get out of it?
    We install a full set of new tee signage at no cost to the club — not the signs, the fitting, the artwork or the upkeep — and the club takes a share of every sponsorship on it. That is why your panel is welcome rather than tolerated, and the club has the final say on every business that appears on its course.
    Why is a hole showing as held?
    Somebody is in the middle of taking it. Holes are held for 30 minutes during checkout so two people can't buy the same one. If they don't finish, it comes back automatically.
