01The panel
570 × 130mm, on the tee sign of the hole you choose, for as long as you hold it. Printed on the same aluminium composite as the club’s own board.
02The artwork
Our designers draw it. You send a logo and roughly what you want to say, we send back a proof, and it doesn’t go to print until you’re happy with it.
03Fitting and upkeep
Installed by us, and maintained by us. If a panel fades or a sign takes a knock, it gets put right at no cost to you.
04Your Sponsor Golf Pass
Complimentary rounds at the course you sponsor, on a pass that lives in your phone. Most sponsors use it to take a customer round.

ask us first
How long am I tied in for?
12-month minimum term. It renews for another 12 months unless notice is given at least 30 days before renewal.
What if my course is full?
Ask to go on the waiting list for it. Holes come back most often at renewal, and the list is worked in order. We will also tell you which nearby courses have space now.
Can I choose which hole?
Yes, from whatever is available at that course. The 1st and the 18th go first, so they carry a small premium at some clubs.
Do I have to design anything?
No. Send a logo and a rough idea of the message. Our designers draw the panel and send you a proof to approve.
Is the weekly price the whole cost?
Yes. Artwork, manufacture, installation and maintenance are all in it. No set-up fee, no design charge. Billed monthly, plus VAT in the UK.
What if I’m not near any of these?
Tell us the club you have in mind. We approach new courses every week, and a sponsor already asking is the reason a lot of them say yes.
